Rainbow Hot Springs
About 2 hours outside Pagosa Springs, Colorado, there is a 12 mile hike that leads to a secluded natural hot springs. We will camp there for several days to do meditation, breath work, ice baths, journaling & dream reflection, and finish with climbing a 14,000 foot nearby mountain. In between days, we will rotate who cooks meals, and who leads. This will cultivate a communal co-creation environment.

Multi-Pitch Climbing, Upper-Body Retreat
At the core of it, we are a few evolved steps above monkeys. What do monkeys do? They climb, they swing, they hang, they invert, they pull, they push, and they eat fruit all day long. We will be exploring this idea in the beautiful summer scenery of Eastern California.
We will be staying at an Eco Resort nearby world class rock climbing. And we will have space to work on what it means to be a monkey in this civilized concrete world of ours. We will study the shoulder/pectoral girdle and address any imbalances that arise.
Prior training is not required, but it is recommended. If you already climb, this will be a perfect opportunity to climb world class routes and teach others along the way.

Skydiving Intensive
A month dedicated to teaching you how to fly. After, you will be a licensed Skydiver. All proceeds go to Skydive Elsinore or Skydive Oceanside DZ.

Europe Tour & Culinary Retreat
Month long intensive. We will be staying at Design Hotels across Europe. 4 Events Total: Climbing, Ski-Tour, Skydiving, and Surfing. Be prepared for long days in the sunshine, or the snow, community living, chef driven meals, and world class teachers from multiple disciplines joining.
For recovery we will lean on gymnastics, yoga, locomotion and of course, ice baths and meditation. In case of injury or imbalance we will have people on standby.
$4,000 per person for the full month. You can come and go from each event or location as you please.

Maui Surf & Leg Repair Retreat
If you are craving to reconnect to your legs this is for you. Many people at some point lose contact with how their legs work. Sounds ridiculous, but try this: hold an Asian Squat position for 5 minutes. Throughout our evolution, this has been a resting position (when gardening, eating, picking children up, cooking, pooping, etc.) If you can’t do it, you’ve lost your legs. Surfing is an excellent practice for regaining the legs. We will spend a week repairing our legs, rebuilding our balance, learning how to walk, run, and learn the proper orientation of the spine and how they relate to the legs. Be prepared for mobility, stretching, strength, cardio work, and of course putting it all together on a surfboard. Your legs will thank you.
We will study natural movement patterns, and basic anatomy of the legs. If you have any injuries or imbalances, we will explore those as well.

Ski-Touring the Eastern Sierras, CA
I always thought I was in great cardiovascular shape until I learned to ski up mountains. This is an opportunity to learn more about the lungs, your sacred Agni (fire), test your limits of conditioning and find the most beautiful remote mountain views you could imagine. We will find routes to ascend and descend in the beautiful Eastern Sierras, go over proper planning and avalanche danger each day. By night we will move our bodies through locomotion and gymnastics exercises to stay limber. Part of the time we will be sleeping under the stars near a river in the mountains, part of the time we will be at a cabin.
